How long does delivery take?

  • From the date you place your order, expect approximately 2–3 weeks until your system arrives. 
  • This covers order processing, packaging, international freight, and typical customs clearance time. We'll provide tracking once shipped.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your shipping details so you can check the delivery status anytime.
  • You can also track your package online using our tracking page by entering your order number or tracking number to view real-time updates.

How is shipping handled?

  • We provide free shipping to Puerto Rico.
  • The system is shipped as a complete package.
