With the increasing intelligence of energy-storage batteries, more and more products support real-time monitoring and configuration via a mobile app. Using the app, users can quickly check battery status, identify faults, and perform basic parameter management without dismantling the device or connecting a PC.
Before linking the mobile app, ensure the following:
The battery supports Bluetooth or Wi-Fi communication.
The official recommended app has been installed.
The Bluetooth or Wi-Fi module is powered on and within 5 m of the phone.
App permissions are granted: Bluetooth access and location services (for more accurate Bluetooth pairing).

A: Make sure Bluetooth is ON and the app has been granted location permission. Toggle Bluetooth off/on, then restart the app.

A: Unstable signal. Power-cycle the battery or restart the app, then move the phone closer to the battery (< 5 m) and reconnect.
