The following situations are not covered by the free warranty, though we can still provideremote technical support:
Split-Phase Wiring Errors:
Failure to connect L1, L2, and Neutral lines according to the manual, or illegal parallel connection at the split-phase output resulting in internal circuit damage.
Environmental Violations:
Installation in environments with obstructed ventilation, high temperatures, extreme humidity, or corrosive gases (ambient temperature must be kept below 50°C).
Unauthorized Operations:
Unauthorized disassembly of the machine, private flashing of non-official firmware, or connecting inductive loads that exceed thedevice's peak capacity
External Disasters:
Physical damage caused by force majeure such as lightning strikes, fire, or flooding.

For quality fault claims within the continental United States (excluding remote areas), ECO-WORTHY covers the standard round-trip shipping costs for returning the faulty unit and sending out the replacement.
The user is responsible for the one-way shipping cost of returning the faulty machine to the designated after-sales center. If a trade-in replacement is involved, the brand will cover the shipping cost of the new machine.

Recognizing the importance of the inverter as the primary power source for off-grid households, we offer an "Advanced Replacement" service during the 0 – 18 month full warranty period:

The brand will ship a replacement unit before receiving the faulty unit to minimize system downtime.
Once the after-sales center receives the faulty unit and confirms that the damage was not caused by human factors (such as overload, short circuit, environmental damage, etc.), the service will be marked as complete.

How to Apply
To apply for warranty service, please prepare the following materials and contact the
ECO-WORTHY official after-sales team:
Photo of the product Serial Number (SN code)
Proof of purchase (order number or copy of invoice).
Installation or initial activation documentation.
A clear description of the fault (including photos of error codes or a video of the faultoccurring)
Primary Evidence: The warranty period starts from the installation date or first use date provided the user can offer valid proof. Valid proof includes time-stamped installation site photos or an installation and commissioning report provided by a professional electrician.
Default Rule: If the user cannot provide the aforementioned valid proof, the warranty period will automatically be set to start on the 31st day after the purchase date (i.e., "Purchase Date + 1 Month" grace period to cover logistics and installation wait times)
ECO-WORTHY reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.

1.The warranty becomes void under the following circumstances (including but not
limited to)
- Disassembly, repair, or tampering by unauthorized personnel
- Incorrect wiring, reverse connection, or improper parallel connection (refer to the product manual for parallel specifications)
- Use in unsuitable environments (extreme temperature, humidity, flooding, direct sunlight, etc.; see product manual for appropriate conditions)
- Use in non-standard applications (e.g., motor starting, automotive vibration conditions, etc.)
- Missing, damaged, or falsified battery serial number
2.This limited warranty does not apply to defects or insufficient energy capacity caused
by
- Abuse, misuse, negligence, or failure to install, operate, maintain, or repair in accordance with ECO-WORTHY product manuals/specifications
- Accidents or force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, etc.)
- Unauthorized opening of the product casing
- Unauthorized modifications (via physical means, programming, or otherwise)
- Unauthorized relocation and reinstallation from the original installation site
3.Additionally, this warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage not affecting product performance (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Noise or vibration not excessive or abnormal and not affecting performance
- Damage or performance degradation occurring after the warranty expires
- Theft of ECO-WORTHY products or components
4.Modifications and Waivers
No individual or entity (including ECO-WORTHY employees or authorized representatives) may alter or waive any part of this limited warranty. ECO-WORTHY may occasionally cover certain repair costs (not included under this limited warranty), whether for a specific product model or individual case. ECO-WORTHY reserves the right to take such actions without being obligated to extend similar coverage to other users.
5.Liability Limitation
ECO-WORTHY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to this limited warranty, regardless of legalaction, and whether or not ECO-WORTHY has been advised of such damages. ECO-WORTHY’s liability under any claim related to this warranty shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. Some states do not allow or limit the exclusion/restriction of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you, or may apply only within certain bounds.
6.Governing Law
This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state where the ECO-WORTHY
product is installed. In case of conflict with mandatory local laws, the local law shall prevail.
All other terms remain valid.
